Requests

Requests page lists all scheduled, ongoing and completed operations performed on the infrastructure that you are authorized to see. It is accessible from the top menu bar. You may view and manage your requests here.

Requests List

The table shows your requests and the basic information about them:

• The request name being the action performed on the item
• The item name
• The item description
• The business group the item is deployed to
• The request status
• The request submitter
• The request submission date
• The available actions

Each item (table row) is clickable. It opens request details in a dialogue.

Request Actions

The actions depend on the request status and the related item.

Action	Description
Details	Opens a dialogue containing request details, approval process and properties of the item.
Cancel	Cancels a scheduled or ongoing request.
Navigate to Item	Navigates to the detail page of the requested item.
Open Item in New Tab	Opens the detail page of the requested item in a new tab.

Table Filters

Filter	Description
Owned by Me	Selected by default to show only the requests you created. Unselect the checkbox to see all requests you are authorised to see.
Request, Item or Description	Type a string to display only the requests with matching names, related items' names or descriptions.
Business Group	Select a business group to see only the requests related to items from that group.
Submitter	Insert a submitter to see only the requests created by this user.
Created After	Pick a date to display items created after that day.
Created Before	Pick a date to display items created before that day.
Status	Select one or more statuses to see only requests in those states.
Text Filter	Type a string to display requests with any matching properties.
