Navigation
After login, you automatically land on My Items page.
The starting point to access any part of the Swisscom Cloud portal and its features is the top navigation bar. Menu items navigate to the main portal sections related to your virtual infrastructure. The menu icons contain additional links.
Menu Items

| My Items | A list of provisioned products and services |
| Catalog | A collection of services and applications that you can request |
| Requests | A list of scheduled, ongoing and completed operations with their status |
| Security | Pages related to network security (NSX), visible for a specific role group. |
| Reports | Collection of reports such as Client Identifying Data (CID) and Managed OS Machine Status, visible for a specific role group. |
| Consumption | An overview of resources consumed by your provisioned products and services, visible for a specific role group. |
| Notifications | Notifications displayed to Swisscom Cloud customers, visible for a specific role group. |
The individual portal sections and their functionalities are explained in detail in their respective chapters.
Notifications are displayed under the Notifications icon. You will see a blue bubble over the icon when there are new messages to read.
The Help icon groups the documentation and status page links. The selected page will be opened in a new browser window.
The vRA Portal icon is a link to the vRA portal, opening in a new tab.
The User icon contains:
- The information panel: the user name and the name of the tenant that the user is logged into.
- User Settings link navigating to the account settings page.
- Log Out link ending the session in the portal.
