Notifications

Notifications page lists all draft and published notifications directed to the Swisscom Cloud customer. It is accessible from the top menu bar. You may create, edit and delete notifications here.

This is an information message

Note

Access to the Notifications page is limited. You need a specific role group to see this section. Authorized users see all resources from the specific customer tenant. Access cannot be restricted to a business group.

Notifications List

The table lists notifications created for your tenant and basic information about them:

• The type (maintenance or information)
• The title
• The text
• The tenants the notification is displayed in
• The publish date
• The unpublish date
• The status (unpublished, scheduled or published)
• The available actions

Each item (table row) is clickable. It opens the edit dialogue where you can modify your notification.

Create Notification

You can create new notifications for the chosen tenants

Click on Create Notification button to open the creation dialogue

Select "Maintenance" or "Information" and fill out the related form fields to compose your notification

To confirm, click on Create

Notification Actions

Action	Description
Edit	Opens the edit dialogue with all notification properties that you can configure.
Delete	Deletes the chosen notification.
