Migrate from PSP to PSA

PSA (Pod Security Admission) is enabled with TKGi 1.14 (Kubernetes 1.23).

PSP (Pod Security Policies) will be removed with TKGi 1.16 (Kubernetes 1.25).

You could bypass PSP for a Kubernetes namespace as described in the official Kubernetes web site.

Then, you could configure PSA per namespace as described in the official Kubernetes web site.
