Problem: The Pluggable Database cannot be deleted

In vRA user interface this error message occurs:

Exception during REST Call: {"description":"Service instance cannot be deleted when other service instances or bindings depend on it"} (Dynamic Script Module name : OsbRestClient#71)

Solution:

Verify if there is a PDB credential binding for user "pdbadmin" attached at PDB level available. Delete this binding first.

Example:

This binding has to be deleted first.
